Warm Up:
- arm circles (forward and backward) and swings (across body)
- clean and press x10 (5 each side with 24k kettlebell)
- 4 sets of the clean and presses
- military presses 85% of max x6 reps
- rest 90 seconds
- 4 sets
- squats 75% of max x6 reps
- rest 90 seconds
- 4 sets
- 24k kettlebell sumo deadlift high pull x10 reps
- 45 seconds rest
- 4 sets
