- rest 30-90 seconds
- complete 4 rounds
- heavy tire flips x 5
- kettlebell snatches 24k x 10 (5 each side)
- burpees-to-pullups x 15
- sledge hammer swings x 20 (10 each side)
- bear crawl x 25 yards (16k kettlebells)
- complete 4 rounds as quickly as possible
STRETCH
Have a protein shake and recover.
