Warm-up:
  • kettlebell snatches 24k (5 minutes continuous)
  • reps to beat: 117
Workout:
  • kettlebell presses (single arm military style) 32k
  • 2 ladders of 4 rungs
  • 2 ladders of 3 rungs (total 64 presses)
