- kettlebell swings 50 reps
- push-ups 50 reps
- kettlebell rows 50 reps (25 each side)
- kettlebell clean and press 50 reps (25 each side)
- V-ups 25 reps
- kettlebell high pulls 50 reps
- reverse crunch 25 reps
TIME TO BEAT: 13 minutes 13 seconds
