chest, shoulders, abs

warm-up: 25 pushups
bench pyramid up to 90% of max (knees bent and feet off the floor), drop to 75% and complete 4 sets of 5 reps
70 spider pushups in as few sets as possible
50 single arm military presses on each arm with 50% of max
50 hanging crunches
